Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors operations and inspects specifications to verify conformance to standards.

  • Implements policies for operating station such as hours of operation, manpower staffing and training and price checking.
  • Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.
  • Set and meet project schedules and/or deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering - Civil, Mechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong in Management skills, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills in organization, time management, prioritization and attention to detail.

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and Cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
  • Prepare work schedules to staff.
  • Control inventory and order as per requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirements of management.
  • Train new and existing staff.
  • Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.
  • Maintain or verify records of time, materials, expenditures, or crew activities.
  • Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign training tasks to experienced workers.
  • Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services. Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production, or work-related accidents.
  • Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services.
  • Inspect or test materials, stock, vehicles, equipment, or facilities to ensure that they are safe, free of defects, and consistent with specifications.
  • Compute or estimate cash, payroll, transportation, personnel, or storage requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering/Logistic/Transport Technology or equivalent.
  • 23 - 45 years old.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila, Pasig, Antipolo, Rizal or Laguna area.
  • At least 1 year work related experience.
  • Strong in Management skills, leadership and customer relation and interpersonal skills.
  • Result oriented.
  • Skills in organization, time management, prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player and with ability to adapt to changing organization and operational needs.
